I'm from the far north suburbs of Chicago. I know of two B&MS near me. One is cignot, which just opened about 5 min away from me. I have only been there once but it seams to be a nice place with a decent selection of devices and juices for a decent price. The other is in lake Zurich but I wouldn't recommend anyone going there, way overpriced and no half way decent juices.

Any brick & mortar is a day trip away from me.
I had been ordering online from "Pink Spot Vapors" in Vegas until I realized that they charge WAY too much. It's a shame, as their juice is good and the people who run it are really nice and order processing/delivery was great.
I won't pay $20 or more for 30ml of juice unless it is beyond good and comes in glass bottles.

I'm from southeast Idaho and my favorite B&M is Outlaw Vapor which is about 45 minutes from me. I have a few shops here in town but they all are just starting out and don't carry anything really of any use to me since I like rebuildables. They need to hone their skills on juice production as well since there is next to no flavor. Outlaw has some amazing flavors and is already talking about being able to provide mesh and wire. Super nice guy too!

I'm in Cleveland - the proverbial backwater when it comes to progressive thinking and inclusive understanding of the different modes of lifestyles in the world - There is at least one shop that I am aware of that could be considered a true 'vaping' shop, could be one or two others, but they aren't in my neck of the woods so unsure about that - Plenty of the 'cheap' tobacco and 7-11 establishments pushing the disposable cig-a-likes, although my lottery store recently started the 'Tsunami' which appears to be a step-up but not sure what the hardware specifics are - The shop that I mentioned has a fairly nice size assortment of mid-level hardware, but what I liked was the ability to sample juices before buying - Their prices on juice, however, are very steep and no custom blend (6ml for $4 - higher on the vg but the clerk wasn't able to give the exact ratio)
