Well then just do what I do.

Go tell them what you want and tell them you have a big check coming in two days and will pay them then. I do it all the time. And they say "oh, only two days, okay, we can go ahead and give you a brain transplant" and they do it and then I say my new brain doesn't work right and I forgot I owed them anything.

Works every time.

That's a great idea....except that I'm sure they can't fix my problem in two days, and if I end up having brain surgery...then I'd have a real problem....
