Where can I buy a Standalone Mains Charger?

I can't seem to locate a spare DSE-901 mains charger anywhere online; I can only find them as a part of a kit. Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase one for USA socket outlets?

Puresmoker would be the easier route,looks to be OOS at the moment though.
