Where can I buy e-cigarettes? Newbie here needs help!

Hi everyone, I'm very new to e-cigarette, so I was hoping that you guys can help me out. I hoping to get an e-cigarette soon. I don't mind buying second hand ones if there's a new mouthpiece or something like that. But more importantly I also gotta learn how to use it!

Could someone give me a suggestion on where to buy a starter kit or something and which ones are good? Thanks!
