Where can I find Watt Mapper, is it still available?

I'm not really sure where to post this. I thought general seemed like the safest bet, but if this fits better elsewhere I'm sure the moderators will move it.

I just got some new dual cartos, I've never used them before so I'm trying to figure out the best wattage to use, what would be too high etc. While I was googling I came across Watt Mapper. I'd like to check it out, but every link I find for it, Google as well as excel versions,are broken. Anyone know where I can find it, or anyone have it?

Most of those charts are from the single coil clearo days and dont really aply to todays multi coil set ups. If vape is weak turn it up, if vape is to hot or burnt turn it down. Forget the numbers until you find what you like then they are a referance point.

I'm not having luck with dual cartos, with finding a wattage 'sweet spot', or a balance between going too dry and flooding. Never had this many issues with single coils, I'll deal with them until I run out but they're definitely not for me. C'est la vie.
