I've been told there are flat bottoms (like the ones that come in the regular size protank) with 510 connections made for Protank mini 2's. Any information on where i can buy one would be greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a ZMAX MINI, its size is perfect for on the go, and the Protank Mini would be the perefect small, no worry tank for it. However the ZMAX doesn't have ego threading, I have to use an adapter which makes it stick out really far. That kinda defeats the whole small theme i'm going for. I would really really really appreciate any help you may have, thanks!!!

They don't make them. There are a lot of glass tanks on the market right now, but I'm not sure how the size compares to the mini Protank.
What you want is an adapter that screws into the ZMax and allows you to use eGo threaded clearomizers. They look like this:

As retired said, this is the only option as of right now, Kanger aren't even making Mini Protank 2 eGo threaded replacement bases yet so I don't think they will be making a 510 threaded base for a while unfortunately

The person who told me about them said they are made by one of the companies who are making the knock off protank mini's not kanger. I found them offered at cigtech.com. Thanks.

Oh, and I wouldn't call the Tatroe Tank a ProTank "knockoff" - heck, if you want their tank and their base, it's $50!!
It's the SIZE of a ProTank, kind of - and it can use ProTank coils...but it's solid stainless, and intended to be an upgrade from a PTank...
People first told me about it because of the base - when the ProTank bases were breaking and had airflow problems, the Tatroe base was a fix.

Thanks Train2 for the info on the mini PT 510 base! All mods mods are 510 threading. Ive been using a mini PT with my Simplicity but the Ego sleeve detracts from the beauty plus the ones that come with the tanks can be finicky (strip easily, etc). I was just telling a friend that I have had zero problems with any of my mods, which are all made in USA. The only issues have been surrounding equipment made elsewhere. Your post is perfect timing!
