Where can I get a Protected or IMR 16650?

I'm looking into getting a 16650 Evic Easy Head style kit, and am looking for better batteries than the stock unprotected ones that come with it. Any suggestions?

All I've heard of that looks like that is the 18650, but let me bump this up where someone smarter will see it.
