Contacted sigelei the told me to contact where I purchased. They do not do repairs. Is there somewhere else I can go? Starting to think I have a brick on my hands

I hate to say it but it's probably a brick. Just out of curiosity, what went wrong?
Had it in my pocket bent over and it came apart.Kept putting it back together and it just kept coming apart. Finally it just quit altogether no screen no power.
