The TTT ones are the only ones I know of. I'm not sure what your location "PNW" is - in the UK they're supplied through Cloud9.

I think I know what you mean. The one I've got (see avatar) is the longest one they do - 13.5cm I think. I was hoping for something a bit longer, as it allowed me to vape with my hand held lower. Unfortunately I don't know of any other goosenecks that might be longer. You can be sure, with the population of this forum, that if there is one out there someone will be along shortly to tell you about it!
