My Ody lasted about a week and a half, love it, don't want to go back to anything else. But my experimenting has ruined a lot of wick(too hot, too cold, too loose, too tight, reversed the types of wires etc.) in the end I now have one segment of wick left and I just @#$()@#ed it up.
I wouldn't mind ordering a whole pile, but nobody anywhere has any
I'm a bit cross, I don't mind spending 135$ on something that is going to save me money over standard attomizers, and certainly not on something so awesome, but if I can't get supplies anywhere to allow me to vape it, it's not overly helpful.
I'd go for some kiln burnt xc-116 if I could find it, but honestly the stock setup strikes me as quite sensible for my needs if only I could buy more of it.

EDIT: I found this, but it looks different and it's also far away.

I would happily have spent 10-15$ for a big pile of wick.

You can try messaging Daniel at The Gentlemen's Reserve to see if he has any, but I'm not confident that you'll be able to get much bulk. I am confident however, that someone will chime in here soon and direct you to an online supplier that ships to Canada and can meet your needs.

Best of luck, and vape groovily.

Hopefully the GG resellers will consider buying the min required amount (5km) from the manufacturer and put up bulk amounts for sale as well as shorter lengths for those that require it, personally I'd love to be able to buy 100' rolls at least :)

I was thinking the same thing. I would probably pick up 20-30 meters if it was available. (more if I wasn't having money issues atm lol)

I actually thought of trying to put together a coop for it but dealing with 300 meters of res wire was enough of a nightmare I can't imafine 5km lol

Imeo: Did you say that we can buy from Bruce(at CoV?) as Canadians? This would have been huge for me a week or two ago, I am already in need of spare parts, and CoV notified me of the Ody expansion, I got a nasty surprise when I went to the page and discovered that I couldn't! The Canadian supplier Gentleman's reserve doesn't have the expansion, and I bought him almost entirely out of wick.

I missed out on it, and I was really disappointed, it would make my life much easier if I was allowed to order from CoV, even though I won't get the expansion now(which would have completed my riding setup).

For all you Canadians who "can't" get supplies, have you actually emailed Daniel in the last two weeks? He did get a significant quantity of wire and wick about two weeks ago...I got my order from him over a week ago of 5 meters of each...NR wire, resistance wire and wick. I know he has got a good amount in stock now...

Imeo, I just wanted to say thank you from all of us. I am sure we all want to buy from our area supplier. (we all know customs is a major pain) but when you just can't get it there and you see it just sitting over there it really does get you down. I for one am very thankful that you take care of the family like that and you can be sure that I have given "a bunch" of my money to Bruce and will continue to support my great local dealer! :toast:

yes, you can do that rocket:)
Thank you so much! Actually I was supplied with an expander kit via a US member of another forum I'm part of(mostly not ecig related).
You have made a wonderful product, sometimes I get very angry with it, but always when I re-watch the videos and check what I'm doing it is always my mistake!.
I will bear this in mind for future.

From all of us Canadians who Can't get supplies. I bought out the last stock in Canada from GRBC.co.
It wasn't listed on the website, and it took quite some time without an Odysseus to get a response. Frustrating is a natural response to having a very expensive product unusable so quickly.
I have waited patiently from the first I saw of the expander on COV, and have asked a couple of times via email if I would be able to buy one here in Canada without ever getting an answer. Perhaps it would be nice to give us the benefit of the doubt before deciding we are simply lazy(and want to wait longer and pay more to get the same thing from the USA, which in and of itself is a good indication that we are unable to get it where we are)

I guess we are used to opening a website, checking a link and clicky-clicky...seeing if the stuff is b/o or in stock right away, not sending e-mails then wait for an answer.

This is true, I don't mind emails so long as I get an answer in a reasonable time frame though, coming from mostly buying and selling custom made gear etc elsewhere, I kind of expect it in many ways, but it is frustrating when you see it available to be shipped to someone 10 minutes drive from where you are, and you are waiting weeks for an answer on when you might even be able to get it! Emailing is always a good plan though, I will often email places and ask if they are considering getting what I'm looking for, and to put me on a list if so!

+1. Referals too, I appreciate having something I know is quality to recommend to others, and good places to buy from. Gentleman's Reserve here in Canada is great too, having a source for TV juices so close is a bonus.

Just for the record...I never suggested anyone was "lazy"...those are your words and interpretation, not mine. I am going from my own experience with GR only: When I have sent them an email, I have gotten a reply EVERY time within 24 hours. When I have asked about a specific item, and it's availability, I have gotten a straight answer, every time, within 24 hours. When I asked about the wire/wick, I got a reply almost immediately that it would be there in a day or two. As soon as it arrived, I got an email telling me it was there.
I sent them an email last week regarding the Odysseus upgrade parts, and within 24 hours was told they would be here within a week. I awoke this morning to an email from them saying they were in stock, giving me the price, and also advising what other componenets had arrived, and their price as well.
I'm completely at a loss to explain why you have a different experience with them..everything I have asked of them, I've gotten a prompt answer; all orders I've made have been fulfilled very quickly and delivered within two days ( which is an amazing feat, living in Regina where Canada Post seems determined to delay every letter and parcel bound for this city by at least a week, and then lose during delivery)

I have no doubt that Bruce at COV is equally prompt..I don't order from him, or other U.S. dealers at all if I can avoid it, for a couple of reasons. First, I would prefer not to add Customs to the mix if I don't have to, second, and more important, I'm prepared if necessary to wait a couple of extra days to get something from a Canadian dealer ( although I've never had that happen with vaping supplies) to show SUPPORT for Canadian businesses. Lastly, I have purchased my Stealth, my Ody, all my wire, wick, etc. and now the Ody upgrade kit for prices equal to or lower than those of other dealers in other countries.

If I can get vaping supplies in Canada just as quickly as I can from other countries, at a comparable price, I'm going to continue doing that. Your mileage may of course vary, but my experiences with GR have been nothing short of excellent. [From all of us Canadians who Can't get supplies. I bought out the last stock in Canada from GRBC.co.

I have to agree with wreimer. Dealing with GRBC.co has been an excellent experience for me. I too got an email with the prices for the odysseus upgrade kit, as well as prices for several other components. Placed my order yesterday and got a reply back indicating that it will be shipped out today. On a side note, Daniel didn't receive any extra ceramics, so I'm still looking for those, as one of my odysseus came with it cracked.
