Prices are expensive. and not always available.
He says that he buy them from USA and sometimes UK in big bottels and then divided to small bottels

I think it's going to be pretty impossible to tell since those just look like small bottles with home-printed labels on them.

Since you mentions the UK, I would try Liberty Flights. Those look like relabeled bottles. In the US, labels generally include the vendor name, nicotine warnings, amount of nicotine, ingredients, and bottle size, as did the one I got from the UK.
