Where do I get a Glass Graduated Cylinder that measures in the 1/10ml?

Why don't you just use a 1ml syringe?

Amazon or Ebay. Depends on the size of the cylinder. The larger the size the larger the graduations. 5ml/10ml will give you.1ml increments.

I would get a syringe.. juice will stick to the sides of the cylinder and it won't pour out as an accurate amount.

I found 10 mil by .2 at Grainger LAB SAFETY SUPPLY CYLINDER GRADUATED PMP 10 ML - Graduated Cylinders - 9MF02|9MF02 - Grainger Industrial Supply

I personally like using a cylinder for my PG and VG, when mixing a 30 ml batch I think the cylinder is easier, plus even with a blunt tip needle sucking up VG into a syringe becomes rather difficult

I use a 14ga blunt needle for VG - seems to work well!
