Where do I go from here?

Are most of you 510 owners using LR attys? If so, is anyone using them with a 5v PT?

i totally agree with SimpleSins... 5V through an LR will lead you to one thing.... looking to buy attys in bulk. LOL

To Gypsy: Yes, all you would really need is the battery and the cone if you've got 510 parts. You might eventually want to get an eGo battery charger as supposedly the 510 will work but it takes longer than it would with the eGo specific charger.

Just a thought. I purchased an eGo and forgot about the charger. Having spent my allowed amount (wife's restrictions ) I was stuck on charging my new favorite battery.
If your ok with modding you can take the house charger apart and trim off the plastic that stops the eGo from connecting to the charger. It works for both batteries then but takes a bit longer to charge the eGo.

To Craving: No, you would not use a LR atomizer/cartomizer on a 5V passthrough. It would be too much for the LR and end up killing it pretty darn quick.

That is what thought as well. Funny thing is though, I have been rotating two LR attys with my 5v PT for the past month and both are still going strong. I plug into a 4 port USB gaming hub so perhaps that reduces the voltage a bit?
