I was advised after buying my first Protank 2 (it's my first e-cig setup) to soak it in vodka to remove any bad flavors that may have come from the factory. I know how to put it together and take it apart but after soaking it in the vodka two white O rings came off and I have no idea where they go. Google led me here and I did a search of the forums but couldn't find the answer. Could anyone give me a hand? Thanks in advance, happy holidays.

The 2 larger ones, one at the top of the glass tank, one at the bottom of the glass tank,
one smaller one where the tank screws on to the coil/wick base.....

I just got my first Kanger Mini Pro 2 to try on my very first Joyetech eGo Twist (I'm a Triton user, but wanted to try something with a more common threading). The glass tank broke while I was cleaning it for first use! Now I have to wait for replacements to come in the mail...ggrrr...screw you glass tank! I mean, seriously, this thing fell maybe 12 inches into my sink and shattered...it's that fragile.
Anywho, my Pro tank box included two loose O rings...are these just extras (for other drip tips?), or do they belong somewhere on this (now tank-less) tank?

I have a mini that gave me trouble yesterday after I cleaned it and it leaked like a sieve. They do give you spare O rings in the box, but they are the small ones, and we also use big ones (on the bottom of the tank). The one on the bottom of the tank would not seem to stay in place, and without using a magnifying glass it almost looks as if there are two O rings at the bottom of the tank. I eventually got the offending one to stay put, but it was unbelieveably tricky. Why on earth wouldn't they give you replacements for both sizes in the box?
This where A PBusardo Review would come in handy. Anyone now how to change the o-ring in a regular carto tank, I don't and have a lot of those fancy tanks that bring spares.
I have to think they are for the drip tips as they are too small for the glass tank. I know I lost the top o ring and finding some extras without spending $5.00 for shipping is a pain.
Train2, I got two of those smaller O rings included in my Kanger box, the ones you list for the base. I've looked at Warhawk-AVG's pic in this thread and still don't see if/when they should be used. ? I haven't used them because I can't see when or where to.
I had 1 pt2 that after cleaning and apparent overtightening of the tank, the bottom ring just would not seat properly no matter what I did. Went to Home Depot and bought a pack of size 7 o rings, works great!
I bought a size 7 o ring and sure enough it works. Cost $.59
One of my o-rings for my mini protank 2 was also lost and I couldn't find it. I had the small rings that came with the tank so I just stretched it into place in the base of the tank and it seems to be working for me.
