First off thanks for your contribution to the DIY's out there. Secondly I would like to know if you posted full recipes of your own that I may look at? From what I have found on the forum your wealth of information you provide is accurate and very helpful. Do you have any information on Asorbic Acid being used in juice and why it would be used and at what ratios it would be used if so?
