When the original owner, John, owned Wizard Labs...I ordered from them all the time. Since they're only approx. 45 miles from me, I got my stuff quickly, and their S/H was reasonable. I also liked that you could call and add additional things you might have forgotten when you placed your order, as long as it hadn't shipped yet. They were rarely ever out of any flavorings, too.
His children didn't want to take over the business when John was ready to step down. So, he sold it.
To me, it was never the same great place to order from after that. S/H went up, shipment was slower, product was frequently out of stock, prices were raised, etc.
Since then I've ordered mainly from 3 other vendors. All of them have fast shipping, an on-going coupon code, a great business reputation, and fair prices. So, why do I order from all 3?
Bull City Flavors - (carries the largest variety of flavoring brands),
Gremberry Farms - (is a smaller company, the owner has weekly bargains, and I really like some of his "one shot' flavorings), and
One Stop DIY shop - (I'm hooked on quite a few of their own "one shot" flavorings, they also have other flavorings I regularly use that are hard to find).
