Where do you guys buy your cartos from? :(

Hi all. Having a few issues with my cartos. Been playing and trying for a few days now and parden the pun, Im at my wicks end with them lol. But all the positive things people say about boge I dont want to jump ship prematurely and miss out. I just want to rule out a few things.

I have read and viewed countless priming techniques but non seem to work (even leave overnight) which has put the idea in my head these are a bad batch or clones. Ive ordered from a separate site but same problem. I just dont seem to get any taste from them. Some flood. Ive only managed to get one working as it should and its wonderfull . But the flavour is getting a bit same old same old but darnt touch it cause its the only tank thats working right now lol. But since I have not been able to replicate in my other f16 tank .

Im using a boge f16 tank with 50/50 juice. juice works fine in my evod and my other f16 but its a shame i cant get both my tanks working at the same time. Im going to put one more order in of cartos before i give up lol. Today I have been really tempted to go back to clearmizers but the flashbacks of my flooding issues and missfortune with them, aswell as the highly possitive feeback on boges have made me want to give it one last chance.

Just to rule out I may have been given clones, can you guys recommend a website you get your official boges from?
Im also open to non flanged and am ok punching my own holes, and other makes are welcome.
And also is there anyway to tell if you have a fake?

Im using boge (I hope lol) 1.6-2.0 ohm prepunched and not tried all flavours but struggling with rasberry atm. Just not getting any flavour and some leak. On an ego twist. Even checked out the resistance/ohms chart to see what the optimul volt setting is and still struggling

Hey daz if it is any consolation to you, i also never had any luck with carto`s. Same issues as you are having, and eventually just gave up on them. Have you tried using them stand alone ? (a bit of tape over the hole) Then prime and drip.

I found this worked better than using the tank`s although i do understand the inconvenience it may cause you. Also that way you will find out if it is a dodgy batch you have got. Sorry i can`t really help you any more but i am sure someone will come along with better advice.

I've put an order with vape gear. This time tho non punched ones. Be interesting to compare the box packaging to what I've got. What kind of problems did you have with the f16. For flavour is there a cut and run rule like wicks or filler give better flavour?

Ikenvape get a lot of good reviews, but I havent seen anyone selling them in the UK, except Liberty Flights and they were prohibitively expensive, plus they were not the same cartos that were recommended by the guys over in the US.

I had a lot of problems with boges too... went through all the priming instructions, etc but just couldnt get them working as well as i wanted (always got a burning flavour to them, sometimes bad, sometimes subtle, but always there). I now use smok 1.5ohm 2 hole cartos and havent had a single problem with them. I have tried the one hole and 2 hole - they are very similar, its just that the 2 hole ones do get going quicker and suck more of the juice in without flooding. I use T3S clearos on my eGo batteries (Spinners).

I use carto-tanks or iClear30S on my big mods.

Yep, i got one a couple of months back - it's excellent and i was going to get another, but to avoid the wait i got a big boaby which to be fair seems just as good as the IBT, if not as customisable. I'll probably get a phiniac next and with one more IBT or BB i should be sorted

I have a "Rapid" and 2 x AGR+ (poly, not pyrex).

Can't choose just now. The AGR eventually perish (split) although they perform perfectly well for me.

I like the option to fill from the bottom on that rapid tank... I've only seen that on the Salt n Pepa for carto tanks.

Ok..... so come home form work, and yep..... postmans been . Opened up my parcel from vape gear and everything there. Got my two boxes of boges (fingers crossed lol) and a carto punch. Right of the bat, carto punch looks good. Was my first and was ever so easy. The little viewing window its perfect so both my holes are along the same line and height. Great for the other perfectionists alike . Spot on. Cant fault it.

Sooooooo, the cartos. Box looks the same. But inside, I dunno, might just be me wishful thinking but the plastic wraps seem to be better quality than the others Ive had. Harder to get out of at least. The others I had you just had to squeeze the carto up and the seal opened. Im looking at it now as I write this waiting for the juice to soak in good and tasty. I have to say, they do look better quality. I dont know if its because the others Ive have are prepunched and flanged. But things like the filler. Its much higher than my old ones :/. And the priming, well it just soaked it right up. Looks like a different filler to the eyes :/. Can differently tell the difference. I will try and post photos to compare the two in a few days. So far so good. Its kinda just reinforcing my idea that somehow, ive ended up with clones before.

Are your new cartos dual coil? Were your old ones single coil? I notice on mine the dual coils filler is higher in the tube to cover the added height of the second coil.

No both single coil. The others where 1.60 and the new ones are 2.0 ohm
