Like shirtbloke stated ECF is a great place, Youtube is another I also keep track of websites of the companies I like those are usually the first place they release info on their new product but like you stated there are so many companies & products are pretty much being released weekly/daily it is not easy to keep up
went through this just a few days ago I have a joyetech VTC min on it's way & soon an Xcube mini when they are available

I peruse youtube first, look at reviewers I trust like pbusardo, GrimmGreen, Toddecigarette reviews, especially when they dive into technical specs, then several other reviews see how the device hits in the thumbs up thumbs down average, check here on ECF for possible threads talking about flaws, look at what devices I already have, then go from there, long standing manufacturers with good track records I also look at that for long term reliability and such.

Eciggity usually has "pre-order" stuff a month or two before you'll see it in shelves.

I got my Subox kit from them, and that was actually a pre-production unit (the newer units come with 2 drip tips, the tanks have changed a little bit, etc.) I'm always wary of buying brand new products just because of the whole, "We don't know if it breaks down in 6 months yet" thing.

So im looking,to upgrade slowly from my subox mini but with the ever changing technology i dont want to buy something thats already a few weeks old and will soon be surpassed by a v2 or whatnot. So im looking for a website to watch new products.
Impossible... By the time you have v1, v2 is getting ready for production. Just like mobile phones, 6 months is ancient history ... Things will mellow down at some point when the market matures but there is still too much money to be made with the next best thing.

China is in the game, so there is no way to keep up with all the new stuff flooding the market...Even the reviewers are ...... at getting something and a week later getting the newer version, in the same packaging

Get something that will give you a satisfying vape and don't worry about the latest and greatest

If its not a DNA or SX350 product, I generally ignore it. China releases so much stuff that is supposed to be the latest & greatest but I consider it all junk until proven otherwise.

how many versions of the Vamo are out there now??? 11?? ;)
I like to wait awhile and see what kind of issues pop up with new releases... I find it better to have a reliable unit than a new "untested" unit..

Looks like the vamo train has stopped.
Prices of other mods have come down,

For the record, the DNA "chips" (the actual circuit boards) are printed and assembled primarily in China. They're just programmed by Evolv in the US.

The SX350 chip is entirely Chinese.

Agree 100%....welcome to the infancy of vaping where out-dated is 3 month old tech/design. Best thing, like someone else mentioned, is to just find something you know you like, that will keep you off cigarettes. Once you do that you can just sit back and enjoy the carnage, "keeping up with the joneses" in the vape world will drive you crazy, while it empties your pockets.

That's not what I mean. Those boards are proven to be the most accurate, can buck & boost and have good features without being gimmicky. The mods are also generally much better built. You also generally get a very good warranty unlike your typical IPV which is only like 30 days. If your Smok or iStick fails, you are generally out of a mod. If your M Class fails, they will send you a brand new one up to one year after purchase. Some mod makers even include a lifetime warranty.
