Where does the nicotine come from?

Where do they get the nicotine for the e-juice we buy?

Is it "distilled" from tobacco?

Is it synthetic and made in a test tube?

Is it the same source for all e-juice or can it be gotten from various sources?

Is it the same source as other non tobacco nicotine products (patch, gum, etc.)?

Our nicotine is made from tobacco because it is the cheapest, easiest way to purify it chemically. Tobacco just happens to have a lot of it which makes it the perfect raw material. It exactly the same as what is used in the gum and patches.
