I have publicly vaped at my desk in the office for the last month ;-) which sits in the middle of a financial trading floor, so far no complaints from anyone, just the odd look..

but it looks like one of my colleagues has just bought himself an ecig and another guy has been using one, seems to be catching on

I have vaped in clubs around where I live and not had a problem but there is one pub that I know of which won't allow it after my friend asked if he could and they said no so thats the only place so far I wouldn't try it in (It's under the JD Wetherspoon brand)

I've stealth vaped in toymaster and a cafe, only been vaping a few weeks and thought I'd try a bit of crafty vaping in public buildings for the first time this weekend....nobody around me took any notice.

I recently went on holidays from Ireland to Greece (via Manchester airport) and smoked on the Aer Lingus flight over and in Manchester airport, and on the plane to Greece. I use a Lavatube so no none can mistake it for a real Ciggy, was never approached by anyone as to what I was doing.
Don't know how long it will last before the EU decides the loss of taxes = banning vaping for whatever reason they make up.
So I'm looking into being self sufficient, eg re building tank atomizers with my own wicks and wire, devices like Lavatube so not reliant of eGo c twist batteries, buying my own pg and vg liquids from supermarkets and batteries than can be purchased at electrical stores. So if vaping Armageddon ever comes in I'll be ready.

I emailed Stagecoach Buses to ask them what their policy was on e-cigs and they replied with a strict No. I guess they don't want another M6 incident on Stockport Road. I've had better luck in the bars on Canal Street in Manchester but I always ask first. I get some curious looks though.

I have vaped in a few public places such as businesses, but always ask if its ok first......... places like Costa have been ok, but a club in London I went to recently nearly had a hissy fit when I asked, some of the hotels where they have banned smoking completely within their confines have been fine as long as I vaped in the bedroom.

Not tried it on a bus yet....... but have vaped on a train and at the station as yet........ no complaints
