Where should I post a new review for a vendor and for the product?

In all likelihood, I know it's in the APV, but I wanted to double check because it's Vendor specific.

smoktek did a really kick ... job shipping my order the same day as I ordered it and it got here
ahead of schedule!

Handed it off to the boyfriend for being a good boyfriend (I'll steal/borrow it back to use it for my 0nic's coming in the
mail soon), but I am SO stoked it got here today instead of Monday. Review to follow about the actual product itself.

let me know where to put it (unless it's just APV review section) and I'll put that up in a couple of days.
