I think libertyflights has a CA distribution center. Avidvaper, litecigsusa.net has great 306's adn drip tips adn delviers in 2-3 days anywhere in the USA, Provape in the Seattle area has good choices as well.

I know this thread is on the older side, but wanted to add another vendor. Backwoodsbrew.net (who sells awesome juice) also sells 306 atty's that come with a drip tip, so no need to buy them separately. They're east coast, but if you happen to order some juice, you could add in 306 atty's and save on paying separate shipping at another site just for the atty's.
