I recommend Cignot.com and LiteCigUSA.net
Both carry real Joye brand stuff and I know LiteCigUSA's shipping is cheap (usually 2.25 for first class). Warning though - those Joye cartos at Cignot need a syringe. I use soft cap Boge cartos from LiteCigUSA.net
Lowest priced 510 battery charging cables I have found are at Vaporleaf.com and they also have cheap shipping. I got a Joye 510 battery (pretty dark blue) and 2 charging cables there. Shipping seems a bit slower for me but good price.
VaporKings.com - not the cheapest shipping but they have a 510 mega xl PCC with an adapter so it can charge both the 510 mega xl batteries and the standard short 510 batteries (one at a time).
For the short standard 510 batteries only this is a sweet PCC - lotta room and holds both the charging battery and a spare battery. To fit cartos in you need to remove the condom.

And I recommend the precut blue foam stuffing for 510 carts from strictlyejuice.com - really cheap. If you are using carts, when the white stuffing gets old and cranky, try replacing with blue foam.

BTW - since you are new. LR aka low resistance parts are not for slim 510 batteries. Their higher power draw can fry the electronics in a slim battery. They are for fat battery 510's like Ego and Riva 510.
