Where to buy connectors?

Ive searched ECF and the internet but cant find em! I know I've seen it before though...

I'm looking for male adaptors to solder my wire (heading to nichrome) to. I am also wondering what kind of materials people are using to cap off both ends of custom tank mods? Like the rubber stopper type things.
