Where to buy individual parts of dropper bottles (caps)?!?

Some idiot from the chinese wholesale site DHGate totally ignored my message which specified to send me 30ml droppers and he sent me 15ml droppers. Now I'm stuck with 100 caps, 100 rubber bulbs and 100 useless 15ml sized glass tubes lol

Does anybody know where you can get the glass tube to fit the rubber bulb on its own? Everything else can be salvaged so I don't feel like buying another 100x droppers or relying on the same idiot to send a replacement out lol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had to open a dispute with DHgate as the seller is not willing to admit he made a mistake.. First and last time I'm ever doing business with them.
