Where to buy syringe needles and butane cans?

SG Vapers,

Please forgive me. I have been in SG for 1+ years but don't get out much.

Where can I buy some syringe, needles (in various sizes but only buying only few, hopefully with safe flat tip) and butane cans (for torch and for butane lighters)? Eventually I'll need good set of micro screw drivers (philip, flat head) and multi-meter but I guess I can get these at Sim Lim Tower (meant to go here for step down converter)?

Syringe any pharmacy can buy, snipe off the sharp tip with scissors.
Butane torch most hardware shops can find.
