I just purchased a 6 pack of 16ga 1.5" needles from Tractor Supply (local store) and used my Dremel with a cut off wheel to cut off the sharp point. Takes about 10 seconds.
Amazon also has 3,5, and 10ml syringes with the blunt tip needle already on them.
