Where to buy the new Russian v2.0 not the Russian v2

Anyone got some links of where I can find this in stock? FYI - There is a difference between the Russian v2 and Russian v2.0 and almost wasted $112.

Luckily I contacted the vendor and they clarified no Airflow control ring on the Russian v2 (included pics) so be careful.
