I'm working on my first mod and after a few failed attempts I'm moving on to VW. I'm looking for the Vamo chip because its cheap and can go up to 15w. Where can i get one, and if its possible not being shipped from china?

and can someone post a dual battery wiring guide to it please :)

(ps is there a way to add a usb charger to it?)

No wiring guide needed, the PCB comes with 2 cables attached where the other ends go one (black) at the little screw underneath the top cap and the other (white) at the bottom end of the center pin.

Getting it cheap outside of China is rather difficult, because outside of China the PCB alone costs more than the whole Vamo.
Compare yourself if you like:
Vamo PCB V3
Vamo V5 Variable Voltage & Wattage LCD Screen Displayed Electronic Cigarette Battery Mod - Stainless Steel Color
$11.64 VOMO V5 Variable Voltage/Wattage Mod Module - 3.0-15.0W / 3.0-6.0V / 0.6" OLED at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Fuses aren´t absolutely neccessary, the PCB has its own protection, but it´s a double safety, so it can´t hurt either.
I´m using two of these for my boxes:

Edit: I have no idea about a USB charger, I´m using my Vamo PCBs with 2x 18650 stacked to take advantage of the 30 watts it can do this way.
2x 3400mah takes way too long to charge through USB.

10 Pcs 1812 3A 8V PolySwitch SMT SMD Resettable Fuse | eBay It is highly recommended that you fuse each battery individually as a fail safe. They are practically free and it builds in peace of mind. If you do not need 30 or even 20 watts like me, the "Vomo" chip from FastTech is hard to beat!

As far as having a charging chip built in, you can build a box from a power bank like this thread shows. My Vamo box is in this thread, with other pics on my profile. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/538730-arlo-dual-18650-dna20-30-step-step-how.html
