Hello,
I have been using a xhale 02 unit for a while now. I still use analogs but want to go purely digital. I have been reading the posts and my heads spinning. I would like to know where to buy from. one of my biggest concerns is i started off with a smoking everywhere unit a few years back and the battery kept dying off on me and i had to have it replaced 3 times. so i was wondering what unit would be the best so to speak and who has really good customer support.
any info would be greatly appreciated being i would like to quit analogs by the end of this week. the xhale 02 just isnt doing it for me and i think i am having a slight alergic reaction to it, which i didnt get with the smoking everywhere.
Thanks again

buy an ego kit from one of the vendors listed in the suppliers section of this site. Also get a usb passthru for those times where you are near a computer. Be sure to check the suppliers buying and salling thread for sales and the suppliers discount code thread. I'm sure others will be here with suggestions soon.

Tokenblow,
What your going to find, is that there are a lot of different kinds of e-cigs out there. If there was a straight up answer, I'd give it to you, but let me share what I did.

First, I knew I wanted to give up smoking, but what I really had to ask myself was "Why do I smoke"? Do I like the flavor? Do I like the burning in the throat? Do I like watching the smoke encircle my head slowly as a exhale? Do I have an oral fixation (yes ladies, I do) or am I just a nicotene addict? Once you answer that question, your nearly 3/4 of the way to determining which e-cig is right for you. Different models have different "specialties". One claims more vapor "smoke", and another claims to "feel" more like a real cigarette. The key is, do not go cheap! there are a lot of cheap e-cigs out there that will completely trash your desire to ever give up analogs, believe me, I was almost there.

This is not a decision you want to make in a week, you want to do your research here. Ending up with the wrong E-cig is only going to waste more of your hard earned cash!

For my experienced, I purchased the Tornado from Totally Wicked. For all intents and purposes, it is an Joye Ego 510 knockoff with fancy graphics. I purchased a "kit which included two batteries, an atomizer some carts I think, and a charger. When I received my shipment, one of the batteries was faulty (Which was a common theme on their website forum). But I called and they asked me to ship it back to them and *if* it was defective they would replace it. First, I didn't feel I should pay for shipping the item back to them since I had already paid to ship it once, and if it is DOA, they should have paid to retrieve the defective part they shipped me. So, it's about a 14 day turnaround on shipping the item UPS Ground, them inspecting it, and shipping it back UPS ground, which I don't think was so bad, but good luck if you want any information from them during that time. They do not open a support ticket, they do not issue you any reference number, they simply say, ship it back and IF it's defective you will get another one. If you happen to lose your tracking number from your shipper, and they don't send you a replacement, you are hosed, as you have nothing to prove you even filed the claim. For these reasons, I will not deal with Totally Wicked anymore, but that is not to say they are a bad company. I just like a little more proactive customer service!

Good Luck!

I am no expert but I ordered my first starter kit(Joye510) and some juice from FreedomSmokeUSA. I ordered very late Saturday(about 11:30pm) I got an email from them the next morning(a Sunday, and Halloween) saying they were processing it. I got another email today saying that it was sent out. So far the customer service from them has been very good, and from what I have be reading on here is they are highly liked company. As to what company to order from and what to get is your choice. But everything I have read on her points mostly to a 510 or ego, and several different companies to buy from. Oh don't forget to look for the e coupon at websites. I missed that FSUSA had theirs on the front page so missed using it.
Good luck!!!

If you think your having a allergic reaction is because of the juice. Some people claim they have mild allergic reactions to VG or PG (usually PG) so try 100% VG juice and if that doesn't help try 100% pg, instead of mixed base juices.

As far as the PV goes. You cannot go wrong with an ego or ego clone.. and if you feel like your still not getting that kick you need out of it I suggest a LR atty I prefer the cisco spec LR 306's, but a regular lr 510 does well.
