Where to buy?

I'm not sure if I can ask this but.....Where is the best place to buy mods from? I am interested in a Spinner or a good VV batt and I also want a glass tank. Is the Protank mini a good choice? I would probably consider myself intermediate and not necessarily looking for the high end stuff....yet.

What and where is the groups recommendation for a GOOD VV with glass tank? (I am looking for a US company as I want it now...)
Besides the batt and tank, I would like to get extra heads. Anything else I should consider?

Total noob question.... Is the Kanger T3 and/ or EVOD glass? I want something to use for those juices that say they can crack tanks.
