where to buy?

Hello there, i have read numerous stickies, and may not have found the right one yet, but i am sold and i want to buy one.

So now i know that i need a starter kit, and a charger and possibly extra atomizers so i dont get stuck.

I would also like to try different types of cartidges, but not sure where to start there. Can i use the carts that come with the startkits and refil them with liquid, i saw a youtube video showing how to get the liquid into a used up cartridge, but does the cartisge matter?

what website should i use to get all in one stop shop? Also i think i will go with the joye 510 as it seems to be a commonly referred to ecig on the forum. (i have tried cignot.com, but looking at the available carts liquids, im not sure i like the selection)
