i dont quite know the exact name for the pure nic liquid. im interested in creating my own juice.(safely of course). any sites that are a good vendor with quality stuff. not cheap sketchy sites, a legitimate source. thanks for the help in advance.

You don't want to mess with highly concentrated nic base. Stick to 100 mg/ml or less.
