Where to get a CE3 2.2 ohm clearomizer?

Hi all,
Can anyone direct me to a website that has the CE3 2.4 - 2.6 ohm clearomizers that are filled with syringe? The two places I know about have been out of stock for about a week now. I bought a CE3 that is fillable with a dropper and sealed with the drip tip but it just isn't the same.
