just go to Johor Bharu , buy there, got a lots of shops selling e-cig there, but make sure you are not caught in the singapore border

You need to get 5 posts first, then wait for the forum to update, which happens at :25 after each hour. Pm's are called "Conversations" here now with the new forum software. You could click on someone's avatar to start a conversation with them, or hover over your name(upper right) and click on "conversations".

Make sure you read all the "stickies" as there are special rules you just follow due to the sensitivity of vaping in SG. You won't be able to ask where to buy hardware/juice in Singapore as your government reads ECF forum posts. It's all explained in the one of the "stickies"

You will not be able to post there until you have your first 5 posts and the server updates at :25 past the hour.
