Best bet to get a e-cig kit/parts is definitely smuggling one in from JB. That seems to be the general consensus. For juices, I think buying online is still a viable option.

Me too. I went to KL for holiday and saw alot of vaper over there. How I wish it was happening here. just wishful thinking
