Where to get screws for telescopic pin?

Hello, i want ask if anyone here know where to buy that brass screws, where one screw are inside second screw? Like in picture

i dont know what kindof mod you have, but my friend makes these rhodium plated silver contacts for the chi-you mod. see link:
