Where to go now?

Hello all,

The EU TPD. The U.K. has just under three months before its vape laws will change.

Ideally, I'd like a comprehensive pool of information regarding everything from devices (RTA's rda's and mods) to tanks/drippers and DIY liquids.

I need your advice. I need a mod, rebuildable tank and a dripper. I'm gonna have to save and I'd like to know what you chaps/chapettes think are the best. I want something that will last me at least a year, perhaps more.

Where do I start with liquids? Is it easy? More importantly is it safe? What do I need to know? Where do you guys go?

If it all goes to pot, I'd like to carry on or taper off on my own terms.

If you're genuinely worried about a vapocolypse, you might start brushing up on ohm's law and looking into mech mods.

There are a number of articles on ECF where ppl have discussed getting ready for the "vapocalypse," and "nicotine" for long term storage. There is a search mechanism at the top right under your acct name where you can look a few of these forum discussions up.

Mods for the impending "vapocalypse." Buy multiples, NOT one of each.
#1 I plan to buy some regulated mods for everyday use
- ORDER: TC Kangertech Kbox 150 is upgradable to 200W: Ni, Ti SS, NiCR. NO TCR. (upgradable)
- ORDER: TC Sigeli Fuchai 200: NI, Ti. NO TCR. (NOT upgradable)

#2 I will buy a couple cylindrical mech mods because I like them

#3 I will buy around 6 mech box mods (non regulated) in case everything is cut off and I need samples to build great boxes from to continue on.

For nicotine, there is a link in my signature below where I buy all of my raw nicotine. I buy Nude Nicotine, recently buying two 500ml bottles of Nude Nicotine Armour V2. Just put it in your freezer for long term storage and it should last 5 to 10yrs no problem.

For a dripper/RDA, I recommend buying multiples of the following:
- Twisted Messes V2 "squared"
- Vulcan RDA

Thankyou for the replies! I actually thought I didn't post this as I got no alerts.

I'm glad you said either the Kanger or sigelei fuchai Tommy. Those two and perhaps the smok one are still in my sights. They both seem easy. Which one and why?

What about drippers and tanks? I've already got a subtank. Most youtube reviews seem to focus on the smok tfv4 or uwell crown.
I'd like a good dripper as some of the juices seem to do better on them.

Regarding Kanger or Sigelei, they're both very popular brands and they got that way by working for a good long time after purchase. If you do TC then the Kanger gets the nod for me, because I am buying at least 1,000 feet of SS 316. I haven't held either in my hands, so it's a toss up as to which one I'd buy first. They're both on my short list.

Dripper, I like the Twisted Messes Squared (v2). I plan to buy at least 4 of these RDAs.

Tanks, right now I like the SMOK TFV4 and Aspire Cleito. Great tanks.

Just buy nic. 3 liters of 10% concentrate cost me about $170, including amber glass bottles, and will last me 10-12 years. I'l probably get some more as things unfold. I'm in the US and probably have more time. I figure half a dozen mods should last 10 years if some are stored as new. A couple will die young and a couple will still be working in a decade. I'm hooked on rda's which is convenient because they are cheap from fasttech, simple and durable. Finally, vote next June for Britain to leave the EU and may be you won't need a stockpile after all.

Just stock up on a big load of liquid and get a reo squonker 'nothing on it to break and most drippers can be turned into bottom feeders so in theory should last indefinitely.
