Where to next?

Hello! I have barely posted here, although I find myself reading threads everyday. I started vaping around eight months ago with the run of the mill cig-a-likes, moved to an ego with a couple protanks, and now have a smoktech sid with a kraken(clone). I'd like to give a huge thanks to the ecf community! Without you all, I would have more than likely went back to analogs. I know it's probably not that wise to have only one ego as a backup, but I have been fortunate to not have any issues so far (knock on wood).

So now I'm coming to you wondering what I should do as my next "step". I absolutely love this kraken clone, as I had some issues with the protank replacement atomizers. My only issue is that I'm completely terrified that if I drop it I'd be out of luck if I happen to break it. I'd like to get another genesis as a backup, so if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear it! I would also like to get into DIY eliquid, but to be honest, it seems overwhelming and I'm not sure where to begin.

I started with a genny, then drippers took me over. A spare cup may be an option, or give a dripper or kayfun clone a try if you got to have a tank. This would broaden your vape experience.

Thanks rob33, I really enjoy having a tank while I'm out and about. I have briefly looked into drippers but I have no experience with them. There isn't a local vape shop near me so I get most of my information from here and reviews. Do you have any suggestions on a dripping atomizer?

The IGO-W and IGO-L are good RDAs. Trident clone and Nimbus are also good choices.

Welcome nordrith to ECF. I only have clearomizers....the Aspire Nautilus is fantastic.

Many here will help you with suggestions as what they have and like. I think it's mostly trial and error.
