where to shop for regulated tube mods

Altsmoke.com has a good selection for vv/vw tube mods! Their customer service is out-of-this-world as well!
Is your focus more geared towards quality or price? Altsmoke is definitely a good resource, as 42 bisco mentioned, but if you're looking for higher-end stuff, I'd probably take a look at VapeRev . I have a Semovar by Svoemesto (looks like they're out of stock right now, but they restock pretty often). I really like it, especially with a Kayfun atty on top. Another one to check out would be ProVape for a Provari. I have a v2.5, and it's built like a tank, but they just came out with the Provari 3 that does vv/vw.

Yep, FastTech has the various VAMO's (although some folks have complained about the quality of Vamo's in general).
They also carry kicks, which can convert an unregulated tube mod into a regulated one (although perhaps not as nicely as a mod designed with regulation).
If you don't need it to be a tube mod, there are a bunch of regulated box mods out there that are very good; many better than the regulated tube mods.
Or you could just get a provari. (Sorry, had to say that ;-)
You could try searching the web for a KSD Kmax tube or iTaste 134/134 mini, perhaps even a Innokin iTaste SVD
hi fellow vapers the main reason i want a tube mod is i want to point the airhole at 12 oclock for more vapor its easier with tube mods if the threads of the rda is "over screwed" hope you get what i mean thank you vapeheads! 
Another solid tube VW mod is the eVic Supreme... I don't have one, but I've heard pretty good things about it. 20W max, if I remember correctly. Just do a search, and you should be able to find one fairly easily.
I would make a list from here and the sub-forums and start reviewing, then just google.
Fasttech if you don't mind the wait. If I'm being impatient I just google what I'm looking for or get it from ebay/Amazon. Just hunt around, bud. Your options are infinite(see what I did there guys?
