I have had the silver bullet for 3 weeks now and i have used it with 2 3v tenergy batts, but fried 3 attys in 1 day. What am I doing wrong? will the 801 or 901 work better than the 510 attys? Also got a burnt taste with 6v. 3.7 is great though, but 6v gives me what I need.
The 510's don't like higher volts. Best to keep it wet when trying 6v. 901/801 are best for high volts, 801 being the better of the two. I personally like the 901 on the BB@ 6v

i have been vaping the hell out of my 510 attys at 6v and dripping like its going out of style and haven't had any major issues with burning attys. Actually I do think I did roast one of the 510s finally though. I tested it on the multi-meter and it stays at 1 or it doesn't change- if the atty is roasted shouldn't it have a really high ohm number?

On a side note- I think a Multi-Meter is a MUST if you are going to be using mods. I am pretty much eclectically ignorant until I started vaping with mods- since I have learned about batteries and attys and taking voltage and ohm readings. You can get a nice multi-meter at harbor fright for 4 bucks- they are pretty nice too.

A "1" the circuit is open. Usually a burnt atty will read around 30ohms

It stopped working though? What else could be the problem? The other 510 attys are at 2.5-6- I put on the Ohm setting it starts at a 1 reading before I test anything. I put it to the atty in question and the voltage doesn't change what so ever nothing- just stays at 1. The other working attys the number bounce around until it settles arounf the mid 2s. Whatcha think? Why isn't it working?
