Poor Whiskey. Hope everything is okay.
Those "tin cats" sound revolting. I have a hard enough time dealing with glue traps which torture the poor animal for a few hours until you find it. I believe in a quick kill.

this is so true poeia,
there is no real way of *exterminating mice* yet, humanely!! especially on a larger scale!
( repeatedly i might add,)
maybe instead of looking @ these particular creatures as "mickey"+calling them what they really are "vermon" this may help?
i only post this to show im not being an @$$ here about mice,

ive tried everyway (truthfully) this is the most satisfactory for me
maybe not for them but , i bring whats right to the party,not them.
now before everyone gos off on me, i am ONLY referring to how i deal with my mouse problem!
I believe i am a humane+just person ,when it comes to any life form. but ,when it comes to mice, i have no options that work @ this time.!

Weather update -still snowing here.
Ralph we had thundersnow from 3-7 AM this morning.
If I don't collapse I'll have to backtrack and read todays posts.

Ooooo...we can go out and make moon prints in the snow...its kinda like making angel except you..uh...well you can figure it out!!

The wind blew our snow but into 5 foot drifts.
I don't like burritos.
I never heard of thundersnow until Ralph mentioned today and then I just heard it on the news.

If had the pleasure of experiencing snow thunder---it's nothing bad, just a little weird.
Was at the health club with my son and we heard thunder so we are thinking it's raining or getting ready to. We get outside and it's still thundering and it's snowing!!!
I wish I had seen it the thundersnow/snow thunder.The weatherman said we got 3-4 inches an hour while it lasted. I know when I went out this morning we had 18 inches on the ground.
As for the moonprints I don't want to hear any details about your sordid past hun.Well of course I do.Just not here
Nico, when you do snow angels, you flap your arms up and down to get the full wing effect. What is the equivalent of that when doing moon prints? (And wouldn't it make one's .... look bigger -- and who wants that?)

Sounds like you have some moon prints experience...hmmm...very interesting.
Actually...it depends on how hot your .... is...you see a hot .... will make a bigger moon print...no no...thats no good...a .... thats not so hot will make a nice tight moon print...no no no...that wont work either!
