I hate ironing too. :(

Mom and dad have 9 kids and us girls had to do all that kind of stuff, so by the time I left the house, I'd had enough.

9 yikes!! My parents had 6 kids in 7 years and it always seemed hectic. And the girls basically did almost everything except empty the trash. The boys did that but only that.

Funny thing is that even though I was down to about 3 or 4 cigarettes a day when I gave it up altogether, I went through four days of withdrawal. I would have killed for a cigarette, those four days, but the e-cig helped me through them.

Wow...you wouldn't think there would be a withdrawl for that !

I thought I'd smoke til I dropped so I was more surprised than anyone when I stopped. And I doubt I'd ever go back to them again no matter what happens.

so do I , if at any time I'd had to quit vaping I am ready to do it but for sure no more cigarettes on my life , vaping is an addiction right now but an easy one to get it of

I still have an occasional cigarette maybe one or two a month. I still love to smoke. But not a pack or so a day.
I don't know how you can do that and not go back to smoking, or get sick from it. If I lit up now, I would probably get violently ill. That's another reason I won't go back to cigs.

The only thing that I can think of Cindy, is that I am using much less nicotine with e-cigs, than I was getting with cigarettes. I use 16 to 18 mg e-juice.

I notice I can not vape for hours and never feel like I have to go vape. But I sure remember feeling a craving for a cigarette when I didn't have one for a while,

I was off the nic for over a year then life got a bit hectic and back I went. If and when things settle down, I'd like to cut down the length of time I use it and then get back off it.

I don't know why they don't bother me with the smell or taste. And I don't ever feel like smoking more cigarettes after I have one either.

What I'm having trouble is my fav taste so perfumie---driving me nuts!!!

Oh ! I hate it when the taste buds go south !! Mine did it again about 3 weeks ago !! Everything tasted yuck ! I mixed up some peppermint and have been using that pretty much all the time since. I have never been much of a peppermint person, but I really like this !

Some people are that way, Mary, they don't get very addicted to nicotine. Maybe you are that way and it's just the habit that keeps you lighting up, every now and then.

When I get up in the morning, I have a few puffs of my e-cig and I'm all set for a while, I think it's more habit than nicotine. I also notice that I have been vaping less as time goes by. Many times, I find myself just holding my e-cig, not puffing on it.

Pretty amazing !
