The red chowdah, Mary, but I don't think that they used fat or pork in the white chowdah. They use milk or cream.

Cabbage does stink up the house, but its not as bad as boiled eggs. Or broiled salmon, now that will funk up the house! I like the cabbage steamed so it retains some of the sweetness.

I looked at the Sea Hag's menu. They call it creamy clam chowder, not New England clam chowder. It looks like there a peas and carrots in there and what is that sludge floating on top ???

I'm eyeballing those chilled raw oysters in the left column. $7.95 a half dozen. Yumm. Haven't had those in years!

I don't have their recipe stinker Jerry!! But it was cream based with CLAM NECTAR!! That is what we call it here!! It's the same as clam broth......but it's called nectar!!! I am laughing so hard I can't hardly type!!! You're killing me here!!!
