I don't have their recipe stinker Jerry!! But it was cream based with CLAM NECTAR!! That is what we call it here!! It's the same as clam broth......but it's called nectar!!! I am laughing so hard I can't hardly type!!! You're killing me here!!!

Oh I'm sure they don't have real clams out west. Probably cut up some fish into pieces and passed it off as clams.

Yes, and I am a sucker for it. I always check for hooks first though. That green stuff is wasabi, a japanese horseradish. Its very hot. You mix it with some shoyu (a light soy sauce), and dip the fish into that. Its great, but will clean out your sinuses real quick!

With chop sticks, or a fork :lol: Actually the fish used for sashimi is VERY mild. Not fishy tasting at all.

I like your jambalaya idea. I Love that and have made some good batches myself. Never tried making gumbo. Do you like okra? I love it fried, but not stewed unless its in a gumbo.
