Looking at that bacon in the oven and all I can think about is cleaning the oven walls. Takes some of the appeal away.

I love spinach but I can no longer eat it raw -- much too acidic. But steamed, creamed, spanakopata (sp?), etc. -- yum.

I love spanakopita! (its like a non sweet, spinach based bahhhklava (sp?))

I am not a great fan of the red meat, you need to use a lot of season to make it taste better unless you can buy a real fresh and natural feed animal

I think most scientists start out wanting to be scientists, and probably good at it. But then you have to win grants to stay in "business". It's really a lot like politics.

Anyone remember when eggs were real bad for you? Or butter? salt was just the biggest killer ever.

I would have to read the link you posted but indeed i am a guy who has had a big problem all my life selecting what to eat, i could eat the ugly and reject the beauty
