Chewing on my carrot...me thinks the saying "death and taxes" was made up by the tax man to give it the sense of inevitability. :glare:

There was a time when not paying taxes led to death. Things have improved a lot since then, but it is still the only unforgivable debt that I know of. (not to imply that you cant negotiate a smaller payback) The government will squeeze your turnip until it bleeds, but they no longer execute for failure to pay..... Probably a good thing.

Oh wait... This isn't the outside. Lets not go there.

So how is the weather?

So true :D I like spring!!!

End of the first quarter and one month closer to the payroll merge.......gonna be fun! We are doing it in stages but it will still be real hectic. Going to have all 4000 employees on one payroll system by July 1.

I hope all goes well...........or..............you could have to write 4000 checks!!!

That sucks. Hopefully it will reach a more manageable state though. The end goal might just be worth the pain. :)

Wonder who decided that we should have taxes in the first place :grr:

Pretty sure it was the Greeks. They used the guise of building Rhodes.... When in fact they really wanted bigger Colosseums.

Ot was 61 here today, nice and sunny! Hi everyone!
