He is bi polar and has gotten worse over the years.
My oldest brother moved down there when he was in the service and Jim (2nd to the oldest) went down there for a visit and stayed.
Jim brother didn't take his meds and kept getting into legal problems and eventually the state just hospitalized him.
Meds don't help too much anymore so we are happy that he is in the hospital and not in a jail.
We all get letters and it is sad and scary but they are so off the wall that they are funny too.
