I cook it weird. After I brown it I put water in the pan and cover it and simmer until it's done. Depending on the thickness I always cook it for 45 minutes to an hour. It's not crispy like I like it but it's usually fairly tender. Also depends on the pork.
I'm gonna die from something Lis. Might as well be fried foods. But I've had to cut a lot of it out because of my sugar levels. That's what made me so fat too was eating all of the fried foods.
Well I probably have the world's worst diet and I'm still here LOL.
Way too much salt and red meat and hardly any vegetables.
