Rarely drink myself Jerry. Too many alcoholics in my family but I know my friend likes a good drink and to this day he still insists I'm the best shipper that ever loaded his truck! Any other suggestions for a retirement present? Booze is so common!

Can you get together with the other employees and get him a plaque or something like that?

I have to say I'm pretty shocked at some of the behavior over there.

Like your own, maybe? LOL

It's very strange Nora !! When I was made a moderator on the "Sticky Forum", everyone vanished. It's been dead there since then. The thought of me being a moderator there, must have terrified them or something !!

Yeah Jerry...you're terrifying alright.....oh.......I'm so scared!8-o

He actually drives for a local company that has been hauling out of TT for many many years. I'm sure they are going to get him something. The guys (my shippers) wanted to do a gag gift but never got around to doing that so I think they will be doing the same thing as me.

Speaking of meat...I have to go get a slab on the smoker for later...no ganging up on Jerry while I'm gone either.

He can always find reinforcements. Like that devious kindly old Thye -ooops not either kindly or old - if necessary.

Nora why didn't you tell me how young he was!

What are you doing up so early - get kicked out of bed? I can't stop myself anymore help

Being a grandfather and being a kindly old grandfather figure are 2 different things.

lol well I can't help not being old.

And I was up early cuz I managed to get myself to sleep by 6 and up by 10 so I could go spend a few hours with my daughter in law and grandson and act grandfatherly ;)

I know it Thy, damn is ok but if you use the nickname for Richard, it get's censored out !!!!

I wonder if any Richards have tried to join the forum, using their nickname. I would love to see the expression on their faces, when they see that their new screen name has been turned into "....123".

I know right. Better hope nobody ever tries to start a literary discussion about a Richard and Jane story

Welllll..I decided to frighten people away from my profile page so I made an album.8-o Everybody has their pets as an avatar so I figured I would put a fraction of mine in my album. Basically if it roamed the NE Pennsylvania area when I was growing up, we caught it and raised it. Poor Mom never knew what was gonna come through the door when we got home.

I gotta go and check your album, nico. I spent the first 9 years of my life in the city and the rest of my childhood in the country. I prefer the country, lots of animals that make nice free pets.
